Here is a black and white aerial photo of Spectacle Pond taken from the north looking south over the pond.
Aerial Photograph of the North end of the Pond, 1960
This large (15" x 15") black and white photograph was given to Leon Weaver by Mike Caliri, one of the previous owners of Leon's property. The photo has a hand-written date on it of 4-29-60 and shows an aerial view of the north end of Spectacle Pond.

Photograph of Bridge from Sandas Point, circa 1895
This black and white photograph was provided by Glenn Berger and is believed to have been taken around 1895. It shows people enjoying a swim near a horse and cart in the water. All are beside a bridge from Sandas Point on the west shore of Spectacle Pond to the east shore near Cricket Lane. Glenn says that "Cliff Day, who used to live in the log cabin in the east half of the lake on Hazard Way right on the point, gave this picture to us several years ago."
